4. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
- The product must be in its original, sealed, and unopened packaging.
- The product must not have been tampered with, used, or damaged by the consumer.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.
5. Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed products that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., opened dietary supplement bottles).
- Products that have been mixed with other items after delivery and cannot be separated.
6. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address.

7. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely.
8. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs will be refunded only if the full order is returned (if we offered different delivery options and you chose a more expensive delivery, we will refund only the standard delivery cost).

9. Defective or Damaged Products
